The leadership team at West County Assembly of God consists of the Pastoral Staff, Support Staff, Elder Board, and Deacon Board. The Pastoral Staff are all credentialed ministers with the Assemblies of God and are employed by the church to lead and disciple the congregation and run departmental ministries. The Support Staff of administrators, financial secretaries, administrative assistants, and maintenance personnel work their hardest to support the Pastoral Staff and congregation and keep everything running smoothly. The Elder Board members assist the Pastors in caring for the the spiritual needs of the flock and the Deacon Board members assist with the financial and fiscal responsibilities of the church.
